West Pickers wants to offer a good shopping experience. In addition, quality is a high priority for us and we want our customers to be happy with our products.
Shipping Policy
We understand the importance of receiving your order on the expected date and time.

We are just currently shipping inside of Roatan, Islas de la Bahia, if you wish to place an order from outside this area, we would be more than happy to do so but this has to be treated as special order, if you would like to have interested, please write us here

For example: If you place an order by 12:00 pm, you will normally receive it the next working day (Currently this only applies to Roatan, Bay Islands). Orders received after 12:00 pm are packed and shipped the next business day and will normally be received by customers up to 24 hours later.
The dates given are indicative only, as delivery times and methods may change depending on the time of year. A delay in the dispatch of items, as the dates given for delivery are only estimates, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

Your delivery should arrive between 9am and 6pm on working days. Someone must be present at the address indicated to receive the package. This service does not include the option of scheduling or making an appointment, which means that delivery of the package will be made without prior contact with the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return a product. However, the product needs to be in perfect condition: unused and with the original packaging undamaged.
To make an exchange request, contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and details. Once the product has been received, we will carry out a quality check and resend you a replacement product.
